I didn’t just grow up inside a family business, I worked in it for over 15 years. I was hands-on in the day-to-day: managing operations, dealing with customers, supporting staff, and feeling the constant pressure of needing to be across everything.

I saw firsthand how a business can bring incredible opportunities and just as easily bring stress home to the dinner table. When things were good, they were really good. But when things were hard, it impacted the whole family.

That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it really takes to run a small business: the pressure, the pride, the late nights, the sacrifices.

After our business was sold, I transitioned into senior corporate leadership roles where I gained a new perspective. I led national teams, built out sales and marketing functions, and saw how successful companies create structure, scale, and stability — without relying on a single person to carry it all.

Now, I bring together the best of both worlds.
